Our Doctors

Dr. Mahsa Shekari, founder of Bina Eye Care, graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Microbiology. She then pursued her passion in health care at NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to complete a Bachelor of Science in Vision Sciences. Following that she completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at NOVA Southeastern University.

Dr. Shekari is a licensed therapeutic optometrist in the United States as well as Canada. She has been practicing as a TPA certified Optometrist in the States for several years, and is currently practicing as a Optometrist in New Jersey.

She has extensive experience in primary care optometry, pediatrics, geriatrics, emergency eye care/infections, and ocular disease. Her goal is to provide her patients with the best possible care. She is able to provide comprehensive eye exams in English, Farsi, and Spanish.
